I just joined Compass, and I’m creating a table that brings women together to talk about something that doesn’t always get enough attention: Trust.

 

Behind every design, every fit-out, and every handover is a chain of people and promises. In an industry where deadlines slip and budgets grow, what really makes projects succeed isn’t just contracts—it’s trust.

This table is about exploring how we build it, keep it, and sometimes lose it—in work, in business, and in life.
