After browsing the live tables, request a seat by introducing yourself and explaining why you'd be the perfect addition to the evening. If the host picks you, you’ll get an invite via email and in your portal. Just don’t forget—your spot isn’t secure until you’ve paid!
We’re starting in Dubai and expanding to cities like Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Beirut. Depending on our hosts, there are 20-40 dinners or lunches each month. And trust us, we’re always on the lookout for new hosts to join the family.
Yes, darling, you must be at least 21 to join. While hosts set an approximate age range, it's just a guideline. If you're over 21 and feel like you'd fit right in, go ahead and request a seat.
No worries—just let the host know when you request a seat, and they’ll do their best to accommodate.
These soirées can happen any day of the week, sometimes even as business lunches in collaboration with our preferred restaurants. Most dinners kick off between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM and last around 2.5 to 3 hours.
Spill the tea! The host doesn’t know you, so the more you share about yourself and why you want to join, the better. While not mandatory, linking your social media helps the host get a clearer picture of who you are.
Not quite yet. The host will review requests and invite 3-5 women to join her table. If you’re in, you’ll get an email and see the invite in your "My Chairs" portal. Payment secures your seat.
Log in at hertableuae.com and check "My Chairs" in your portal. Your status will show as ‘Applied,’ ‘Approved,’ or ‘Table Full – Unsuccessful.’
Hosts usually send out invites 7-10 days before the event. You’ll get an email whether you’re in or not.
Head to "My Chairs" in your portal and follow the link to pay. Remember, your spot isn’t secure until you’ve paid. If the chairs fill up, that’s it—no more seats.
You’ll get a reminder email 24 hours before the event with any last-minute details. The host’s contact info will also be provided. Just show up 5 minutes before start time, and if you want to bring a gift for the host, go for it—but it’s not expected.
Log in to your portal at hertableuae.com, go to "My Chairs," and click the three grey dots to cancel. If you’ve already paid and it’s more than 72 hours before the event, you’ll get a refund. If it’s within 72 hours, our cancellation policy applies, but please still cancel so the host can find a replacement.

No way! You have full control over who you welcome into your home. You’ll see profiles and socials of everyone who requests a seat, and you get to curate your guest list.
Partly. We promote tables through social media and newsletters, but especially in new cities, you’ll need to put in some extra effort. Don’t worry, we’re here to help with ideas and resources!
Nope! You just need a love for cooking and a basic understanding of creating a beautiful, delicious menu. We’ll ask for food photos in your application.
It better be! You need to keep the conversation flowing and create a safe, welcoming space for everyone at the table. This is non-negotiable.
We’ve accepted 80 hosts globally, but with over 500 applications, it might take 4-6 weeks to hear from us. If you’re a fit, we’ll reach out for a follow-up call. Patience, darling!

Darling, here’s the scoop: Every Her Table experience comes with its own cancellation policy. For The Dining Experience & Table Experience, you can get a full refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before the event—no questions asked. Within that 72-hour window, though, refunds are a bit trickier. You’ll only get your money back if the host finds another fabulous guest to take your spot. Sorry, but no future table transfers allowed.
Our strict 72-hour rule is because the host’s already shopping for the evening’s delights and prepping everything. Emergencies, transport issues, or sudden colds won’t get you an exception. Some tables may have a no-refund policy clearly mentioned in their event description, so keep your eyes peeled.
If you’ve got to bow out, log into your portal at www.hertableuae.com, head to "My Chairs," and hit the three grey dots next to your table. Select "Cancel Chair Request" to let the host know. If you’ve already paid, choose "Cancel Chair" to free up the spot for someone else. If you’re canceling more than 72 hours in advance, your refund will be processed automatically. If it's within 72 hours, our policy kicks in, but do cancel ASAP so the host can fill your seat and get you your refund if possible.
So sorry, but you can’t move your invite to another table. Each event is a one-of-a-kind experience curated by the host, so you’ll need to request a spot at a new table.

We’re bummed the host had to cancel! Rest assured, your refund will be processed automatically and should hit your account within 5-10 business days. If you need a refund routing number, just reach out, and we’ll get you sorted.
